Safaris with Island Retreat Charter Packages
Our fishing safaris with accommodation on our Island
Retreat, the beautiful Wigram Island, offer a unique experience
when visiting the top end. It is the ultimate fishing experience
with the exclusivity of an island camping holiday experience - there
will no other holiday makers on the Island, it is all yours!
Island retreat fishing safaris include travel to and
from Wigram Island on our boat (approximately 3 hours each way),
however if you would prefer small charter plane transfers (either
to and/or from the island) we can organise and advise on what the
additional charges will be.
We offer 4 days/3 nights to 7 days/6 nights Island retreat
fishing safari packages. We also have additional packages that include
accommodation in Nhulunbuy, Gove the night before and after your
fishing safari – you may choose either the Walkabout
Lodge or the Gove
Peninsula Motel.
The Fishing Safaris with Island Retreat Packages are
only offered from April to December of each year. The minimum number
for an Island Retreat fishing safari is 4, and the maximum is 10.
Your itinerary for any of our Island Retreat fishing
safaris can be unplanned and we can go day by day depending on what
your fishing party would like to do - spend the evenings planning
the fishing for the next day! We can also plan an itinerary for
