By Air:
Nhulunbuy and the Gove Peninsula are easily accessible
via daily direct flights to Gove airport from Darwin or Cairns with
domestic and international connections available from these locations.
Gove airport is located just 13 kilometres from Nhulunbuy. When
you book a multi-day charter with Gove Sports Fishing and Diving
we include airport transfers.
If you are travelling between Darwin and Cairns, from/to
Brisbane or Sydney you can make Gove a stopover! Qantas flights
between Darwin and Cairns make a compulsory stop in Gove.
Qantas
offer daily Jet Services to Gove Airport from Darwin and Cairns.
Airnorth
also operates daily flights to Gove from Darwin and Groote Eyland.
By Road:
To travel the Central Arnhem Road requires travel
through many Aboriginal Homelands and permits are required. The
Northern Land Council issues these permits.
